This is a timely letter from Jayson Henry, CEO of The Well:

Hi All,

I hope this email finds you doing Well.  We had another amazing year at the Well.  Even though the world went a little crazy on us we still remained pretty well intact.  Lots of traffic through our ministry, our retail areas, and we added three significant projects in grāz, Discover Hope, and the Well Fairfield.  What that growth means is we find ourselves in a position of needing staff.  Hence the email I’m sending out.  I decided to send this to everyone in my network wondering if you’re aware of anyone that might be interested in being part of a growing ministry.  We do offer competitive wages and benefits which can often be a concern for someone looking at making a change.  In the near term here are some openings we have:  

Pella, Iowa

1. Manager, Resource Center – this position is responsible for: Leading, managing, and holding staff accountable, service administration, discipleship and evangelism, client experience, resource referral, and client development within the Well Resource Center.  

Fairfield, Iowa

1. Director, Ministry – this position is responsible for: Leading, managing, and holding team members accountable, community interface, site unity, services administration, discipleship and evangelism, and client experience for the ministries at the Well

2. Manager, Thrift Store – this position is responsible for: Managing the various components of daily operation of the thrift store including retail, production and ministry.

3. Coordinator, Thrift Store – this position is responsible for: Managing the various components of incoming donations and inventory

4. Associate, Thrift Store – this position is responsible for: Assisting the Thrift Manager and Thrift Coordinators in carrying out their duties and responsibilities
